A street spot like this is hard to find in these parts. A bank to flat bar let alone a good flat bar is seldom seen at all around here and is usually a bust to begin with. So anyone who hops the barbed wire fence at this spot, avoids Signal Hill Police Department, and films a trick on this thing should truly be deemed a pioneer of skateboarding. That is why I'm leaking the location of this spot to anyone who is willing to take that very risk...
